Florida Culinary Institute

Since 1987, Florida Culinary Institute has offered a variety of programs in culinary arts, food and beverage management, culinary management, and baking and pastry. The curriculum balances theory with practical, hands-on work that helps students become both proficient and efficient in a kitchen. Students also have unique opportunities to participate in special events with guest chefs, as well as other student activities sponsored by the school.
