| Professional Culinary Institute is the nation's only chef-owned culinary school. PCI's award-winning instructors lead courses in programs of professional baking and pastry arts and in professional culinary arts. Location: PCI located in the San Jose area, just 35 miles south of San Francisco, at 700 W. Hamilton Avenue in Campbell, California. Admissions: Aspiring chefs are invited to meet with admissions representatives and tour campus. Financial Aid: PCI offers students three convenient payment options as well as assistance with loan applications. Career Services: Career services include resume writing, interview coaching, career planning, job fairs, on-campus recruitment, and job placement.
